Senior Financial Controller, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• The Senior Controller oversees the designated controlling area.

• Offer financial and strategic evaluations of business transactions, metrics, and initiatives.

• Facilitate strategic planning activities for the designated business unit(s).

• Create forecasting models and long-term scenario analyses to support business model development.

• Direct, manage, and execute financial controlling of group-wide financial KPIs within the designated area.

• Prepare overview reports for TSI Executive Management at the LBU level.

• Conduct analyses of key financial metrics on a month-to-date, year-to-date, and prior-year basis.

• Manage account controlling tasks (month-end closing, forecasting, budgeting).

• Oversee project controlling activities (budgeting, forecasting).

• Analyze, compute, and document financial entries in the system.

• Carry out month-end close processes and coordinate year-end closing and relevant closing activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Economics.

• A minimum of 6 years' experience within the finance sector.

• Proficient in MS Office; advanced skills in SAP; intermediate knowledge of Power BI.

• Exceptional analytical skills, strong sense of ownership, and effective time management.

• Advanced communication and organizational abilities.

• Expertise in result interpretation, reporting, and comprehensive financial process understanding.

• Advanced skills in budgeting, planning, and data analytics.

• Proficient in German (mandatory, minimum B2) and English (minimum B2).
