This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Accounting & Tax: Lead the monthly closing for all entities within the group, ensure accurate financial statement presentation, and coordinate with local accounting firms in each country regarding tax, regulatory, and compliance matters specific to each jurisdiction.
• Payroll: Oversee the monthly payroll process globally, including the accurate calculation of variable compensation (commissions and bonuses).
• External Audit: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, coordinating the annual audit process from start to finish, and ensuring the timely preparation of schedules, reconciliations, and supporting workpapers.
• Board Reporting: Collaborate directly with the CFO and FP&A to prepare reports for the Board and investors (quarterly materials, KPI packs, variance analysis).
• Revenue Recognition: Supervise the accurate recognition of revenue in a SaaS model (deferred revenue, MRR/ARR, discounts).
• Procurement: Manage the procurement process and supplier contracting, from request to payment, ensuring clear approval controls and visibility over committed spending.
• Treasury: Oversee the operational liquidity of the group, maintain short- and medium-term cash forecasting, and manage banking relationships in the various jurisdictions where Humand operates.
• Consolidation and Reporting: Utilize critical thinking skills to design and enhance consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• AI in Finance: Integrate AI tools into workflows to automate repetitive tasks, expedite analysis, and improve the quality of reporting.
• Strong experience in finance/accounting in SaaS or Tech companies, ideally with exposure to B2B clients and annual contracts.
• Practical experience in international corporate structures with entities across multiple countries (LATAM and/or US is a significant advantage).
• Knowledge of US GAAP and its application in reporting to investors or boards.
• Proficient use of AI tools (Claude) applied to finance tasks: report automation, data analysis, documentation drafting.
• Ability to build or enhance processes in fast-growing environments with limited resources.
• Advanced/bilingual English skills (global environment with investors and board in English; mandatory).
• High numerical accuracy and attention to detail, combined with the judgment to prioritize what truly matters.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and advanced mastery of Excel/Google Sheets.
• High-impact role reporting directly to the CFO with exposure to the CEO and investor board.
