Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Analysts, both internal and client-facing, ensuring operational discipline and work efficiency.

• Implement and finalize the establishment of methodologies, processes, and tools for workflow.

• Develop controls for daily operational activities.

• Conduct management analyses, evaluate results, and supervise metrics within the Finance/Controllership domain.

• Oversee cash management and prepare treasury forecasts.

• Engage in weekly discussions with the CFO.

• Participate in monthly closing meetings with clients.

• Guarantee client satisfaction through monthly NPS assessments.

• Enhance client outcomes by managing reports, KPIs, and cash flow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Coordinator, Controller, or Financial Manager.

• Knowledge of financial operational procedures.

• Proficient in Google Sheets.

• Understanding of SaaS business models.

• Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).

• In-depth understanding of legal, tax, and accounting principles.

• Familiarity with the utility, features, and value propositions of financial SaaS tools available in the market.

• Ability to adapt to change.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively and foster teamwork.

• Leadership skills within a team context.

• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.

• Strong planning and organizational skills.

• Client-oriented approach.

• Proficient in English at an intermediate level.

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.

• Knowledge of the startup ecosystem and market.
