Senior Financial Analyst, R&D Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Serve as an independent finance collaborator for R&D, Product, and Engineering leadership.

• Collaborate effectively with Accounting, Engineering, FP&A, and FinOps teams.

• Oversee the monthly and quarterly forecasting process for R&D hosting infrastructure.

• Perform in-depth variance analyses and correlate financial outcomes directly to changes in usage.

• Actively seek out engineering cost-saving opportunities and collaborate with product managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of finance experience in advanced FP&A, operational finance, or strategic corporate finance roles.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and in-depth analysis skills.

• Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets to develop multi-variable, driver-based models.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and excel in highly ambiguous situations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
