• Conduct high-level financial analysis with an emphasis on collections.

• Generate invoices and tax receipts.

• Assist in closing activities at the end of financial periods.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related field; candidates actively pursuing a degree in one of these disciplines may also be eligible.

• Proven experience in issuing invoices and tax receipts.

• Minimum of 5 years in collections or credit management, with at least 2 years in a senior analyst capacity.

• Direct experience in supporting financial period-end closing tasks.

• Strong focus on results and dedication to meeting deadlines.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Self-motivated and able to carry out tasks independently.

• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.

• Strong negotiation, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities.

• Familiarity with financial systems such as NetSuite or similar platforms.

• In-depth knowledge of U.S. banking operations.

• Advanced English language proficiency, evaluated during the interview process.

• Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
