Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of essential financial models, reporting packages, and forecasting workflows.

• Provide comprehensive and well-supported variance analysis, along with actionable recommendations based on your findings.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect inputs, assist in decision-making, and rigorously evaluate underlying assumptions.

• Aid in the formulation of business cases and investment analyses, including rate adjustments, utilization metrics, and billing and payment spreads.

• Create dashboards, automate recurring tasks, and enhance data flow efficiency.

• Utilize AI and analytical tools to enhance forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis, while identifying opportunities for automating repetitive tasks.

• Contribute to the training of analysts and the enhancement of the team’s tools and templates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.

• Three to six years of experience in corporate finance or financial planning and analysis (FP&A).

• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

• MBA or a relevant master’s degree is preferred.

• Experience in home care, healthcare services, or another labor-intensive industry is preferred.

• Background in a private equity-backed organization is preferred.

• Familiarity with Planful, Workday Adaptive Planning, Power BI, and Tableau is preferred.

• Experience with AI-driven productivity, reporting, or analytical tools is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

• Capability to lift and carry weights of 15-20 pounds.
