Financial Management for Nurses – Online Facilitation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Provide subject matter expertise to a cohort of 25-30 undergraduate online students

• Assist students in developing skills such as academic writing, research, and time management

• Facilitate one-on-one sessions for resolving doubts, offering academic guidance, and reviewing assessment drafts

• Offer guidance on pertinent reference materials

• Evaluate assessments with comprehensive feedback

• Oversee discussion forums

• Deliver proactive, prompt, and personalized support for student inquiries and challenges

• Communicate with students via email, phone calls, or online sessions from locations that suit them.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant teaching, research, and/or professional experience at the postgraduate level within the last decade

• Registered Nurse or Midwife (AHPRA registration) or Registered Mental Health Practising Nurse with knowledge of unit content

• Possession of a PhD and/or Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field (i.e., health-related)

• Full work rights within Australia

• An Australian Business Number (ABN) as a sole trader or from the entity that will contract with LINC

• Proficient in the English language; exceptional oral and written communication skills

• Must have access to a functional laptop and a stable high-speed internet connection (greater than 10 MBPS)

• Capability to quickly learn and utilize technology platforms for student interaction, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac.
