Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Enhance communication with our tax advisor to minimize information loss in accounting.

• Compile and deliver current BWA (monthly management) reports for executive leadership.

• Develop and refine reporting and budgeting processes to strengthen corporate oversight.

• Boost overall efficiency and ensure the finance organization is proactive and effective.

• Implement and launch the new system with a strong emphasis on digital transformation.

• Supply current financial data for existing regions and assist in the integration of new locations.

• Help resolve outstanding items and manage payment arrangements.

• Aid in the establishment of new sites.

• Extensive experience in finance management or accounting.

• Proven experience in leading or mentoring teams.

• Strong inclination towards digitalization and system implementation.

• A hands-on approach and readiness to engage with operational details.

• Dependability and the capability to serve as a peer-level contact for both the team and executive management.

• Strategic thinking with a practical approach to implementation.

• Proficiency in business English is required — unless you possess French language skills.
