Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the financial planning activities associated with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.

• Communicate results and business forecasts to stakeholders throughout Salsify and within the Finance department.

• Compile and present critical insights derived from thorough analysis and detailed financial modeling.

• Work closely with various G&A functions, including accounting, talent acquisition, business operations, compensation/rewards, and legal/security.

• Identify and spearhead initiatives aimed at continuously enhancing, automating, and scaling forecasting and reporting tools, processes, and methodologies.

• Share business performance insights and collaborate with budget owners across Salsify to responsibly integrate investment requirements.

• Engage in monthly closing meetings and prepare deliverables for management reporting.

• Conduct ad hoc analyses and assist with financial modeling across various organizational areas.

• Be an integral member of an exceptional team within an organization that prioritizes authentic Finance collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in a technology and/or rapidly growing company.

• Proficient in Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, and NetSuite.

• Familiarity with SaaS and/or recurring revenue models, adept at synthesizing both quantitative and qualitative data, capable of solving problems independently and collaboratively.

• A strong desire to deeply understand results and the underlying data.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the constantly changing landscape of financial priorities and requests.
