Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual processes for forecasting and budgeting.

• Generate and evaluate management reports, conduct variance analyses, and create executive dashboards.

• Construct financial models to back strategic initiatives and facilitate long-term planning.

• Collaborate with the Accounting team during the month-end close to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of financial outcomes.

• Enhance financial processes, reporting tools, and forecasting techniques.

• Ensure data integrity and adherence to internal controls and financial policies.

• Present financial outcomes, insights, and suggestions to functional stakeholders and leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A.

• Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.

• Advanced expertise in Excel; experience with financial systems and BI tools is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
