Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and maintain intricate financial models to facilitate management decision-making.

• Assist with capital structuring and financing projects.

• Execute various scenarios through models and assess their financial implications.

• Identify growth opportunities and cost drivers for the business as well as new initiatives.

• Conduct balance sheet and cash flow forecasting for long-term strategic planning.

• Develop and uphold essential operational and financial metrics to support model assumptions.

• Provide expertise and collaborate closely with management on the annual budgeting process and modeling techniques.

• Create analytical tools to enhance efficiencies in financial modeling as needed.

• Engage in executive partnerships, presentations, and support for various key initiatives.

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business, or equivalent experience.

• MBA, MSF, CFA, or CPA is a plus.

• Over 5 years of strategic financial experience.

• Proficient in financial modeling using Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and data tools (e.g. Redash, QuickSight) is advantageous.

• Experience in investment banking is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills are essential.

• Exceptional standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

• Experience in presenting to and collaborating with executive management.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with team members.

• Understanding of GAAP and its relevance to financial models.
