Senior Finance Transformation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the F&A AI operating model, including charter and governance forums.

• Oversee F&A’s AI transformation roadmap, which encompasses AI project intake, prioritization, and implementation.

• Collaborate with Finance & Accounting Process Leads to identify and develop high-impact AI opportunities.

• Supervise the delivery of AI solution proofs of concept in collaboration with IT, Data, Security, and Vendors.

• Create Finance-specific AI guidelines in alignment with enterprise AI policies.

• Track compliance and work alongside Information Security, Vendor Risk Legal, and Internal Audit on assurance activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of combined experience in Finance or Accounting.

• At least 3 years of experience in delivering AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives.

• Strong understanding of fundamental Finance and Accounting processes, including Close, Consolidation, FP&A, and Controls Frameworks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, or a related field; an MBA, CPA, or CMA is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and achieve business outcomes.

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, including Sr. Director, VP, or CFO-level executives.
