Senior Finance Staff Manager – Cash Flow Planning & Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) related to billings and collections across all regions within Global Services.

• Managing key planning cycles, performance management, and enhancing analytics and operational efficiencies.

• Leading a global team of cash leaders, each accountable for services cash in their respective areas.

• Reviewing and managing contractual terms concerning cash collection.

• Coordinating and educating both internal and external stakeholders to implement go-to-market financial strategies.

• Collaborating with designated GE Vernova Business Units (BU) to create business plans that foster the development of a premier GE Vernova.

• Developing, negotiating, and publishing critical targets for revenue, orders, and joint business metrics related to financial agreements.

• Recruiting, managing, and cultivating a small, high-performing team to support strategic financial partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with approximately 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in leading team members effectively.

• Proven ability to forge strong, collaborative relationships across various business units.

• Experience in steering major strategic financial agreements from initial engagement to finalized contracts.

• History of surpassing financial objectives and partner development targets.

• Familiarity with cloud computing environments or the Energy sector is preferred.

• Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail in deal terms and contracts.

• Self-motivated individual with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
