This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with CFOs of Business Units and their teams on financial performance, forecasting, target establishment, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee the regional strategic planning process, conduct data analysis, and deliver insights to regional leadership.
• Work alongside regional teams and global finance to ensure successful completion of monthly and quarterly deliverables, annual budgets, and long-term strategic planning.
• Foster an outside-in perspective by comprehending and sharing the market landscape, identifying opportunities to accelerate business growth.
• Establish metrics to track and assess the effectiveness of investments, providing recommendations for future expenditures.
• Create new tools, dashboards, and processes to facilitate scalable analysis and insights.
• Collaborate with regional technology finance teams to develop a comprehensive understanding and long-term forecast of regional technology expenditures.
• Grasp the regional P&L, revenue, and expense drivers—linking this comprehension to financial scenarios.
• Advance finance practices by integrating AI, digital finance, and top-tier solutions.
• Offer business insights derived from industry data and public disclosures from industry participants.
• Advocate for productivity initiatives and Agile methodologies throughout the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of pertinent experience in finance, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar setting, including FP&A and project management experience.
• Proven experience in crafting financial narratives for senior executives.
• Background in developing predictive analyses and working with large datasets.
• Familiarity with applying automation, advanced analytics, or AI-powered tools to enhance forecasting, reporting, and decision-making capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential; experience with business intelligence tools and financial systems (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Oracle, Hyperion) is preferred.
