This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Provide financial support for GTM departments and business segments, encompassing annual planning, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, and analysis. Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to create precise and insightful financial plans.
• Manage the P&L process and analysis for GTM functions, which includes resource allocation and operating expenses.
• Facilitate coordinated headcount and resource planning to ensure investments are in line with growth targets and operational priorities.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership, offering clear and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with teams on commission analysis, accrual, and payout. Reconcile commission expenses with the plan and clarify any variances.
• Work alongside corporate FP&A on the long-range planning model, enhancing cross-functional communication and updates on key drivers.
• Create repeatable business, operational, and financial processes that are comprehensible to all key partners.
• Mentor a senior analyst, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Assist in strategic initiatives and special projects through financial modeling, analysis, and recommendations.
• Identify and develop AI-driven process enhancements across GTM Finance by pinpointing manual workflows suitable for automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. An MBA or CPA is preferred.
• Eight or more years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, GTM Finance, or Revenue Operations, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated experience in a senior finance role, showcasing leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and advanced Excel functions.
• Strong grasp of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and financial planning software like Adaptive Planning.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the capability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-finance audiences.
• Capacity to work independently, handle competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to cultivate effective working relationships across all organizational levels.
• Previous experience in the software or technology sector is a plus.
