This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist in achieving top-tier effectiveness and efficiency within our rapidly expanding organization.
• Play a vital role in our Operations Finance team by supporting cost optimization and labor planning for our Pharmacy Operations.
• Report directly to the Director of Supply Chain Finance while collaborating closely with operations team leaders to formulate plans and forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis, create analytical models, and promote efficiencies throughout the operations organization.
• Integrate into and enhance the company culture while fulfilling the role's requirements.
• Advance your career by leading processes to prepare financial forecasts in collaboration with leaders across the organization.
• Assist in the annual operating plan cycle, which includes target setting, guideline creation, managing schedules and milestones, and producing presentations for senior leadership and the board of managers.
• Work with the leadership team to provide analytical rigor and assess strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Alto’s Operations teams across Care, Fulfillment, and Delivery to proactively identify opportunities for operational excellence and cost optimization.
• Partner with senior management and other leadership members to evaluate and analyze critical business decisions.
• Foster outstanding relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Aid in the development and monitoring of KPIs aligned with strategic objectives and assess team performance against these metrics.
• Minimum of 5 years of corporate finance experience demonstrating progressive growth.
• Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling.
• Competence in developing and maintaining financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proven ability to manage budgets for key functional areas and senior leadership within an organization.
• Self-motivated individual with exceptional organizational skills and efficiency, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen focus on detail while meeting tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in fast-paced mid-sized companies is advantageous.
• Experience partnering with operations teams as their finance business partner.
• Solid understanding of enterprise-level financial systems and processes.
• Basic proficiency in Looker and SQL, or a willingness to learn.
• Strong history of maintaining relationships and effective communication with a diverse range of partners.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and execute multiple overlapping deadlines.
