This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as a functional consultant for Field Service solutions.
• Analyze processes, identify deficiencies, and suggest enhancements.
• Configure, parameterize, and test system features.
• Assist operations and support teams in resolving incidents.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops with key users.
• Create and maintain functional documentation.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to promote ongoing solution improvement.
• Extensive experience as a Senior Field Service Consultant.
• Familiarity with the implementation, support, or enhancement of Field Service solutions.
• Understanding of field service operations, including work orders, scheduling, SLAs, and routing.
• Capability to convert business needs into functional requirements.
• Experience in providing remote support to corporate clients.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a consultative approach.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and availability to work under a CLT employment contract.
• Prior experience with leading Field Service platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, TOTVS, or ServiceNow.
• Background in digital transformation projects or enhancing customer journeys.
• Experience in agile work environments, including Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Relevant certifications in Field Service or service management.
