This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and secure new clients.
• Deliver scientific information, showcasing and endorsing the product to neurologists and urologists in private practices and hospitals.
• Create, organize, and lead continuing education events.
• Provide training to physicians in private practices and hospitals.
• Collaborate closely with all members of the in-field team.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute a territory strategy in conjunction with the in-field team.
• Gather market intelligence and customer insights, assessing customers' stages in the sales process.
• Jointly responsible for meeting regional sales targets.
• Maintain professional reporting by completing all administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Adhere to all relevant functional requirements and legal and regulatory standards, including compliance with ethical guidelines and the “Code of Business Conduct.”
• A university degree in a natural science, training as a pharmaceutical representative, or the requisite professional knowledge as per §75 of the German Medicines Act (Arzneimittelgesetz).
• Previous successful experience in field sales within the pharmaceutical sector is advantageous but not essential.
