This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Deliver scientific insights and effectively promote AbbVie products to both office-based and hospital-based specialists.
• Execute the brand strategy to market our cutting-edge product in Gyn-Oncology.
• Perform market analysis utilizing available data; evaluate the regional market concerning the sales growth of our product and its competitors.
• Recognize potential opportunities and significant developments.
• Develop, align, and implement a territory plan in collaboration with the in-field team.
• Manage customer relationships competently, offering active advice to physicians, pharmacists, and, when applicable, healthcare organizations.
• Plan, organize, and conduct continuing education events, representing the company at regional and national functions.
• Gather market intelligence and customer insights; assess the customer's position within the sales cycle.
• Maintain professional reporting by completing all administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Collaborate effectively within the in-field team and beyond; foster open communication and a continuous exchange of experiences and ideas.
• Demonstrate proactive and ongoing dedication to meeting customer needs.
• Share responsibility for meeting regional targets.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant functional requirements and legal and regulatory obligations, including ethics and compliance protocols.
• A university degree in a scientific field.
• Completion of pharmaceutical representative training or requisite expertise as per §75 of the German Medicines Act (Arzneimittelgesetz).
• Several years of experience in field sales within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Proven track record of above-average sales success is preferred, particularly in oncology and ideally in Gyn-Oncology.
• Experience in working within an in-field team and in leading interdisciplinary projects in a matrix organization.
• Ability to present complex scientific information tailored to the audience and engage in discussions with various customer groups.
• Strong persuasive skills, accompanied by excellent presentation and closing abilities.
• High motivation and energy levels to pursue and achieve objectives.
• Exceptional performance management skills to continually enhance sales target attainment.
• Strong digital skills and proficient use of field force software and MS Office applications.
• Proficient command of the English language.
