This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Deliver scientific information and effectively promote AbbVie products to both office-based and hospital specialists.
• Tailor presentations and marketing efforts to align with the established brand strategy.
• Employ a comprehensive omnichannel strategy as part of the marketing mix.
• Plan, organize, and execute training and continuing education events, while representing the company at both regional and national gatherings.
• Continuously assess the market using available data to evaluate sales trends of our products and those of competitors.
• Discover opportunities and key developments, and formulate corresponding strategic actions for targeting and account plans.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute a territory plan in collaboration with the field team.
• Collect market intelligence and customer insights to ascertain the customer's position in the sales process.
• Engage in regular communication with your regional manager, colleagues, and other cross-functional teams.
• Foster a culture of ongoing exchange of experiences and ideas.
• Demonstrate proactive and ongoing dedication to customer needs.
• Share responsibility for meeting the region's objectives.
• Ensure professional reporting through timely and accurate completion of all administrative responsibilities.
• Adhere to all relevant functional requirements as well as legal and regulatory mandates, including adherence to ethics, compliance policies, and the "Code of Business Conduct."
• A university degree in a natural science field.
• Completion of pharmaceutical representative training or the requisite expertise as per §75 of the German Medicines Act (Arzneimittelgesetz).
• Previous successful experience in field sales within the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous but not essential.
• A genuine enthusiasm for the role and a commitment to personal growth.
• Ability to present complex scientific concepts in a manner appropriate for the target audience and engage in discussion with various customer groups.
• Strong persuasive abilities and a results-oriented mindset paired with exceptional communication skills.
