This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Leverage your expertise by becoming part of our team as a Field Sales Representative for Dermatology (all genders).
• Deliver scientific information and effectively present and promote AbbVie products to office-based and hospital specialists, adhering to § 75 of the German Medicines Act (AMG) regarding the responsibilities of pharmaceutical representatives.
• Tailor your presentation and marketing strategies for our products in alignment with the established brand strategy.
• Employ a comprehensive omnichannel approach as part of the suitable marketing mix.
• Design, organize, and execute continuing medical education events while representing the company at both regional and national gatherings.
• Conduct ongoing market analysis using available data to assess the sales performance of your own products and competitors, identifying opportunities and critical trends, and formulate appropriate strategic actions for targeting and account plans.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement a territory plan within the in-field team.
• Gather market information and customer insights, determining the customer's position within the sales cycle.
• Maintain regular communication with your regional manager, colleagues, and other cross-functional teams, fostering continuous exchange of experiences and ideas.
• Demonstrate proactive and ongoing commitment to customer needs.
• Share responsibility for achieving regional targets.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all administrative tasks through professional reporting.
• Adhere to all relevant role requirements as well as legal and regulatory obligations, including procedures and processes on ethics and compliance and the "Principles for Business Conduct (Code of Business Conduct)".
• A successfully completed university degree in a scientific field.
• Pharmaceutical sales representative training or the necessary expertise in line with §75 of the German Medicines Act (AMG).
• Previous successful field sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Capability to present complex scientific information appropriately for diverse target audiences and engage with various customer groups.
• Excellent persuasive abilities and a results-oriented personality complemented by strong communication skills.
• High agility and motivation to pursue and achieve objectives.
• Strong digital competence and analytical skills paired with creativity.
