This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Utilize your expertise and become part of our team as a Field Sales Representative in Dermatology (open to all genders).
• Deliver scientific information and effectively present and promote AbbVie products to both office-based and hospital-based specialists.
• Strategically present and promote our products in alignment with the established brand strategy.
• Plan, organize, and lead continuing education events, and represent the company at both regional and national gatherings.
• Continuously evaluate the market using available data regarding the sales performance of our products and those of competitors.
• Recognize opportunities and significant developments, and formulate appropriate strategic initiatives.
• Create, coordinate, and execute a territory plan in collaboration with the in-field team.
• Gather market information and customer insights to understand the customer's position within the sales cycle.
• Maintain ongoing communication with your regional manager, colleagues, and other cross-functional teams.
• Actively and consistently advocate for customer needs.
• Share accountability for achieving regional goals.
• Ensure professional reporting through the timely and accurate completion of all administrative tasks.
• Adhere to all relevant role requirements, as well as legal and regulatory obligations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field, training as a pharmaceutical sales representative, or the necessary qualifications as per Section 75 of the German Medicines Act (Arzneimittelgesetz).
• Experience in field sales within the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Capability to present intricate scientific information appropriately for the target audience and engage in discussions with diverse customer groups.
• Strong persuasive skills and a results-driven personality with outstanding communication abilities.
• High level of agility and motivation to pursue and achieve objectives.
• Strong digital proficiency and analytical skills, complemented by creativity.
