This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver scientific insights while promoting and presenting the relevant AbbVie products.

• Execute targeted presentations and marketing strategies for our products.

• Plan, organize, and execute ongoing educational events.

• Conduct continuous market analysis.

• Recognize opportunities and critical industry developments.

• Create, align, and implement a strategic territory plan.

• Gather market intelligence and customer insights.

• Engage regularly with your regional manager, colleagues, and other cross-functional teams.

• Maintain a proactive and ongoing commitment to addressing customer needs.

• Share responsibility for meeting regional targets.

• Provide professional reporting.


⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in a natural science discipline.

• Training as a pharmaceutical sales representative or the necessary expertise as outlined in §75 of the German Medicines Act.

• Previous success in pharmaceutical field sales is preferred but not required.

• Passion for the role and a desire for personal growth.

• Ability to convey complex scientific concepts in a manner suited to the audience.

• Strong persuasive abilities and a results-driven mindset.

• High levels of agility and motivation to set and achieve goals.

• Proficient digital skills and analytical capabilities coupled with creativity.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong determination to succeed.

• Flexibility, dedication, and a spirit of teamwork.

• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
