This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Utilize your expertise by joining our team as a Field Sales Representative in Dermatology (open to all genders).
• Deliver scientific information while presenting and promoting AbbVie products to specialists in both office and clinical settings.
• Tailor presentations and promotions of our products to target groups, ensuring alignment with the established brand strategy.
• Implement a comprehensive omnichannel approach for the marketing mix.
• Plan, organize, and conduct educational events while representing the company at both regional and national conferences.
• Perform continuous market analysis using available data to assess the sales performance of your product.
• Identify potential opportunities and critical market developments, formulating strategic activities for targeting and account plans.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute a territory plan in collaboration with the in-field team.
• Gather market intelligence and customer insights to understand the customer's position within the sales cycle.
• Maintain consistent communication with your regional manager, colleagues, and other cross-functional teams.
• Provide proactive and ongoing support to address customer needs.
• Share accountability for achieving regional sales targets.
• Ensure professional reporting through the timely and accurate completion of all administrative tasks.
• A university degree in a scientific field.
• Training as a pharmaceutical representative or the necessary expertise in accordance with §75 of the German Medicines Act.
• Previous successful experience in field sales within the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
• Ability to effectively present complex scientific concepts to different customer groups and engage in discussions.
• Strong persuasive skills alongside a results-driven personality and excellent communication abilities.
• High agility and motivation to set and achieve goals.
• Proficient digital skills and analytical capabilities, complemented by creativity.
