This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Utilize your expertise and become a part of our team as a Field Sales Representative — Dermatology (all genders).
• Share scientific insights, promote, and market the relevant AbbVie products to both office-based and hospital specialists while adhering to § 75 of the German Medicines Act (Arzneimittelgesetz, AMG).
• Deliver presentations and marketing efforts tailored to target groups that align with the established brand strategy.
• Employ a comprehensive omnichannel approach as part of the marketing strategy.
• Plan, organize, and conduct educational events, representing the company at regional and national gatherings.
• Conduct ongoing market analysis utilizing available data to assess the sales performance of our products and those of competitors.
• Identify opportunities and key developments, deriving strategic activities for targeting and account plans.
• Create, coordinate, and implement a territory plan in collaboration with the in-field team.
• Gather market information and customer insights, establishing the customer’s position in the sales cycle.
• Maintain regular communication with your regional manager, colleagues, and other cross-functional teams.
• Ensure professional reporting through the timely and accurate completion of all administrative responsibilities.
• Adhere to all relevant functional requirements and legal and regulatory obligations, including ethics and compliance procedures in accordance with the “Principles of Business Conduct” (Code of Business Conduct).
• A completed degree in a natural science, pharmaceutical representative training, or the necessary expertise in line with § 75 of the German Medicines Act (AMG).
• Prior field sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Capability to present complex scientific topics effectively to the target audience and engage in discussions with various customer groups.
