• Implement the Sales Process

• Sustain a robust sales pipeline by effectively organizing and prioritizing accounts.

• Propel New Business Growth

• Achieve sales targets through proactive prospecting and scheduling face-to-face meetings.

• Retain and Expand Current Business

• Regularly engage with existing clients to understand their evolving needs.

• Employ a Consultative Sales Approach

• Foster strong relationships and provide customized solutions.

• Assist in Product Development and Issue Resolution

• Identify shortcomings in current offerings and collaborate with product teams.

• Boost Market Share

• Target competitive accounts and engage stakeholders at every level.

• Maximize Time and Resources

• Efficiently plan and schedule sales activities.

• Collaborate Across Departments

• Share insights, strategies, and market intelligence with team members.

• Create Strategic Plans

• Formulate and maintain an Annual Business Plan.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• Over 3 years of B2B sales experience, including formal sales training or internal WK sales exposure.

• Proven ability to develop and qualify prospect lists.

• Consistently meeting or surpassing sales quotas and performance objectives.

• Crafting and implementing business plans along with accurate forecasts.

• Utilizing a consultative sales methodology to identify customer needs and deliver customized solutions.

• Transforming networking contacts into viable business opportunities.

• Delivering impactful product presentations, both virtually and occasionally in person, tailored to client requirements.
