Senior Field Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee relationships with key and high-value clients

• Negotiate intricate agreements with substantial terms and conditions

• Spearhead the creation and execution of sales strategies for major accounts

• Meet and surpass revenue goals through strategic sales planning

• Recognize and address the specific challenges and requirements of significant accounts

• May supervise a small team or project within the sales division

• Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to enhance effectiveness

• Craft customized solutions to fulfill customer needs

• Deliver detailed and insightful sales reports to upper management

• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities for business development

• Travel 1–2 times per month

• Engage in interviews that could involve in-person meetings and onsite presence at a Wolters Kluwer office

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales or account management handling named accounts

• Demonstrated success in driving account growth, contract renewals, and cross-selling initiatives

• Ideally, experience in the financial services or banking sector

• Proven expertise in planning and executing sales strategies

• Skilled in complex and high-stakes negotiations

• Proficient in managing and developing high-value customer relationships

• Advanced analytical abilities to interpret and utilize sales data

• Capacity to lead and mentor junior members of the sales team

• Comprehensive understanding of market trends and competitor activities

• Ability to create and implement tailored client solutions

• Proficient in advanced sales reporting and analytics tools

• Preferred candidate should be located in CST or EST
