
Senior Field Sales Engineer – North-West or South-West Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assume accountability for customer projects from the initial concept stage through to production readiness.
• Offer technical consulting to clients regarding tailored mechatronic and hydraulic drive solutions.
• Draft proposals and negotiate contracts on an equal footing with clients.
• Proactively integrate market demands into product development efforts.
• Collaborate closely with design, project planning, and manufacturing teams.
• Educate customers on the application of our systems.
• Technical background (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics) or a similar qualification.
• Experience in technical sales, preferably in a Key Account setting.
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, with a preference for mobile hydraulics.
• Confident demeanor in customer interactions coupled with excellent negotiation skills.
• Business-fluent German and proficient English language skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated sales territory.
• Excellent communication skills with a keen sense for building customer relationships.
• €75,000 – €100,000 annual salary (including a 10–20% variable component, target-based — no commission).
• Company vehicle (mid-size), also available for personal use.
• 100% remote / field-based — you manage your own work schedule.
• Sales territory in North-West with a high degree of personal responsibility.
