This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the operational foundation of the Mid-Market sector—overseeing daily execution while serving as a strategic ally to the Sales Leaders.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors and AVPs to enhance forecasting, monitor team performance and productivity, and assist with ad-hoc reporting requirements.
• Proactively pinpoint inefficiencies and convert them into actionable improvement initiatives.
• Develop and uphold sales KPIs; drive the operational rhythm through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Oversee pipeline reviews, weekly forecasting, QBRs, and business intelligence workstreams; provide Salesforce feedback to enhance scalability and reporting accuracy.
• Manage operational workstreams comprehensively, creating and operating AI-driven workflows that augment speed, accuracy, and scalability throughout the business.
• Assist in territory planning, account segmentation, and fair AE territory design in collaboration with sales leadership.
• Uphold Salesforce data hygiene standards—ensuring account ownership, opportunity precision, and field-level consistency across the Mid-Market portfolio.
• Conduct sales operational training covering Salesforce best practices, CPQ, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
• Act as the cross-functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for escalations related to quoting, pricing, deal management, tooling, and sales processes.
• Advocate for the sales team by collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations, and IT to enhance scalability and efficiency.
• 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Analyst roles, preferably within the SaaS or Cybersecurity industries.
• Must possess knowledge and experience with complex dashboards & reports, custom report types, calculated fields, and an understanding of workflows.
• Ability to take ownership of and manage projects in alignment with business needs.
• Exceptional quantitative skills and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., sumifs, index/match, vlookup, table formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
• Familiarity with Sales Systems, particularly Salesforce.com, as well as Salesforce CPQ, ZoomInfo, Maps, Clearbit, UserGems, Sales Navigator, and People.ai.
• Strong aptitude for researching, comprehending, articulating, and analyzing complex business issues and their impacts.
• Proactive attitude, prepared to identify tasks that require attention and propose effective solutions.
• Enjoys working with data and adopts an analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Actual compensation will be determined based on various non-discriminatory factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
• In addition to the base salary, this position may qualify for bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
