This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Develop and implement field marketing strategy for designated public-sector segments that align with corporate objectives, marketing goals, and sales targets.
• Take ownership of the complete planning and execution of field marketing strategies and tactics.
• Create repeatable and scalable programs and processes that ensure consistent pipeline growth.
• Enhance strategy through ROI analysis, pipeline attribution, and predictive analytics.
• Achieve measurable pipeline objectives and manage conversion rates across segments, target accounts, and verticals.
• Improve conversion rates by optimizing programs and processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Channel, BDR, Corporate Marketing, Marketing Services Operations, Integrated Campaigns, and Digital teams.
• Work alongside product marketing and creative teams to develop value proposition messaging and content strategy.
• Identify and tailor sales assets to support successful campaigns and facilitate the sales process.
• Formulate and execute joint go-to-market strategies with key partners.
• Assist regional direct/channel strategy and growth marketing efforts for the Americas region.
• Travel domestically 20%–25%.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
• Over 7 years of experience in scaling field marketing programs within fast-growing technology firms.
• Proven track record of direct pipeline accountability and exceeding revenue targets.
• Required experience in the US Public Sector and US Federal Public Sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of demand generation funnels, sales processes, and revenue operations in B2B settings.
• Capability to design digital experiences, account-based campaigns, and omnichannel strategies that extend beyond traditional events.
• Experience in establishing scalable marketing operations, lead management systems, and cross-functional workflows.
• Strong collaborative skills with sales leaders, including the ability to discuss pipeline, conversion, and revenue impact.
• Advanced skills in pipeline attribution, conversion analysis, and ROI optimization.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and other data analysis platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized, with the capacity to prioritize and deliver results across various demand generation initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically 20%–25%.
