This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Design and implement the North America field marketing strategy, collaborating closely with sales, channel, and corporate marketing teams to foster pipeline growth and expedite deal closures in the region.
• Act as the primary coordinator for all regional events, including trade shows, security summits, proprietary events, executive dinners, third-party sponsorships, and user gatherings, ensuring a seamless approach before, during, and after each event.
• Assist in the development of promotional materials for every event to boost awareness and enhance sales execution.
• Collaborate intimately with regional sales leaders and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to align initiatives with territory priorities, target account lists, and pipeline objectives.
• Approach each event and program as a catalyst for pipeline generation: establish clear objectives, drive attendance from targeted accounts, and manage the follow-up process that transforms engagement into meetings and opportunities.
• Oversee the North America field marketing budget, monitoring expenditures against pipeline and providing reports on ROI for each program.
• Evaluate and report on program effectiveness (pipeline sourced and influenced, cost per opportunity, event ROI) and leverage insights to enhance successful strategies.
• Collaborate with channel and alliance partners on co-marketing initiatives and joint events.
• Over 5 years of experience in field, event, or demand generation marketing, specifically in B2B, ideally within the cybersecurity sector.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing events that drive significant pipeline growth, ranging from large trade shows to exclusive executive dinners.
• Proficient in AI applications with a curiosity for innovation. Utilizes AI for essential field marketing tasks (content creation, audience segmentation) and actively seeks new methods to maximize pipeline impact.
• Experience in managing or closely supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs and coordinating effectively with sales on target accounts.
• Exceptional project management abilities. Capable of managing multiple events and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring every detail is tracked and deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Familiarity with marketing technologies: CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar), along with the capability to analyze and interpret performance data independently.
• A pipeline-focused mindset. Your success is measured by opportunities and revenue influenced, rather than just attendance or leads generated.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills. You can unify sales, partners, and corporate marketing around a common strategy.
• Willingness to travel across North America for events (approximately 30 to 50 percent during peak season).
