This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the strategy and implementation of SentiLink’s field marketing and events program, which includes industry conferences, hosted events, partner activations, and regional roadshows.
• Organize and execute multi-city roadshows in key markets, focusing on venue selection, audience targeting, partner coordination, and local promotion.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to identify priority accounts and regions, enhancing attendance and generating meetings for roadshows and events.
• Oversee comprehensive event execution: vendor coordination, logistics, booth strategy, content creation, and onsite management.
• Achieve measurable pipeline results from events and roadshows, encompassing pre-event outreach, onsite engagement, and post-event conversion.
• Create innovative, distinctive event experiences that strengthen SentiLink’s brand and establish thought leadership.
• Work in conjunction with Product Marketing and Growth teams to ensure messaging consistency and campaign alignment across various channels.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, including pipeline generated, ROI, and insights gained from events and roadshows.
• Manage event budgets efficiently, optimizing expenditures for maximum impact.
• Assist with broader demand generation efforts as necessary (e.g., webinars, campaigns, content distribution).
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners, industry organizations, and event vendors.
• 7+ years of experience in field marketing and events within the B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services sectors.
• Demonstrated history of executing events and/or roadshows that yield measurable pipeline and revenue results.
• Experience in planning and executing multi-city or regional event programs.
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple events and timelines concurrently.
• Proven experience collaborating closely with Sales teams to enhance meeting generation and pipeline outcomes.
• Detail-oriented with robust execution skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• A creative mindset with a passion for crafting memorable, high-quality experiences.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or event platforms is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30-40% for events, roadshows, and onsite execution.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the United States.
