This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with Global Customer Services leadership to assess both qualitative and quantitative performance metrics, recognize skill deficiencies, and establish competencies for focused enablement initiatives.
• Conduct engaging virtual instructor-led and face-to-face enablement sessions for field roles and various audiences.
• Strategize, prioritize, and implement GCS enablement roadmaps while evaluating program results and promoting long-term adoption.
• Co-create curriculum with the Learning Experience Design team by applying adult learning principles and measurable business outcomes.
• Assess the effectiveness of the curriculum and refresh content, internal knowledge repositories, and weekly enablement communications.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market changes, and competitor offerings to assist field teams in distinguishing Twilio.
• Enhance performance, productivity, and revenue effectiveness throughout the GCS organization.
• Report directly to the Senior Manager of GTM Specialist Enablement.
• Over 5 years of comprehensive experience in services/sales enablement, services/sales operations, or direct professional services.
• At least 3 years in a strategic enablement or business partner capacity.
• Proven track record of driving measurable performance improvements and ROI through field enablement initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge of the B2B sales/services cycle within SaaS or intricate enterprise technology settings.
• Practical experience with enablement tools such as Highspot and Gong.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using CRMs, particularly Salesforce.
• Strong grasp and practical application of adult learning theories and frameworks like Bloom’s Taxonomy.
• Ability to convert complex data into actionable enablement strategies.
• Capacity to influence executive stakeholders without having direct authority.
• Excellent facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to foster trust across global, matrixed teams.
• Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of urgency and a flexible, collaborative approach.
• Expected travel is approximately 15–25%.
