Senior Field Applications Specialist – Chemistry, Immunoassay

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the validation of newly installed Chemistry and Immunoassay instruments.

• Work in partnership with customer Key Operators during the validation process to enhance training and confirm readiness.

• Respond to operational and performance inquiries in accordance with specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Offer both onsite and remote phone assistance to customers regarding assay and QC inquiries.

• Conduct onsite training for the correct use of instrumentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's degree coupled with a minimum of 5 years of combined experience in laboratory or diagnostic instrumentation, or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of the Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry, particularly focusing on the Laboratory Regulatory environment.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Capability to regularly lift, move, slide, raise, and/or position items weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand, walk (for extended periods), sit, squat, kneel, ascend and descend stairs, and reach with hands and arms.
