Senior Field Applications Specialist

📋 Description

• Assist customers in preparing for and executing validation studies on instrumentation.

• Offer both onsite and remote telephone support to customers regarding assay and quality control inquiries.

• Deliver onsite training for the correct usage of instrumentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's degree is required.

• A minimum of 3+ years of cumulative experience in laboratory/diagnostic instrumentation or a related field.

• A comprehensive understanding of the Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry, particularly with a strong focus on the Laboratory Regulatory environment.
