This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Serve as a technical authority on GPU and networking products by collaborating with account, program, architecture, and engineering teams to facilitate design-in, integration readiness, issue resolution, and successful ramp execution.
• Proactively build and maintain technical relationships with partner engineering teams, technical leaders, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional launch teams.
• Recognize customer architectures and critical product requirements within the CSP/ODM AI market to effectively deploy NVIDIA's solutions.
• Deliver primarily onsite technical assistance, supplemented by remote and travel-based support as business needs dictate, to troubleshoot hardware, firmware, software, networking, and system integration challenges.
• Oversee the product throughout design-in, new product introduction (NPI), rack integration, validation, production ramp, ongoing support, and lifecycle transitions.
• Create technical solutions that include hardware and software demonstrations as well as example system builds.
• Provide technical enablement to internal technical teams, account teams, program teams, and stakeholders who engage with partners.
• Foster robust communication channels and cooperative relationships with internal teams to guarantee a positive customer experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• Over 5 years of experience in system design, datacenter deployment, manufacturing support, technical customer support, or ODM/partner integration.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment.
• Exceptional skill in effectively managing multiple initiatives and priorities.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities for coordinating complex projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with server, rack, GPU, networking, storage, power, thermal, cabling, firmware, BMC, and Linux-based debugging workflows.
• Experience in supporting the integration, validation, or production ramp of complex datacenter systems.
