Senior Field Application Engineer – AI Compute Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Provide on-site assistance for extensive datacenter implementations of NVIDIA AI solutions.

• Address intricate hardware and deployment challenges.

• Serve as a technical expert on GPU and networking products, directly supporting sales account managers while collaborating closely with the team to deliver exceptional AI datacenter solutions.

• Actively build a technical rapport with our customer’s engineers, management, and architects at targeted accounts.

• Identify customer architectures and critical product requirements within the enterprise AI sector.

• Deliver technical and sales training to the direct sales team and channel partners.

• Foster positive relationships and communication pathways with internal teams.

• Up to 30% travel may be necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in the high-tech electronics sector in a system design or technical customer support capacity.

• Comprehensive knowledge of servers, storage systems, network devices, and other datacenter hardware.

• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment without losing focus.

• Strong multitasking abilities in a complex environment.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent time-management and organizational skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities, and the implementation of new technologies and products into sophisticated projects.
