Senior Federal Field Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Propel the pipeline by implementing impactful field programs within Horizon3.ai’s Federal and Public Sector divisions.

• Take charge of the field marketing approach for the Federal and Public Sector.

• Collaborate with Federal sales leadership to ensure field initiatives align with territorial goals.

• Establish ROI benchmarks for all investments in Federal field marketing.

• Create and oversee a comprehensive calendar for Federal field marketing activities.

• Design and implement field programs specifically crafted for Federal audiences.

• Collaborate closely with the Channel Field Marketing Manager and the Federal sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B field marketing within the Federal or Public Sector markets.

• A solid understanding of the procurement processes within the Federal government.

• Proven experience in executing field programs across at least two segments: civilian agencies, DoD, Defense Industrial Base, or SLED.

• A demonstrated history of successfully driving pipeline growth through Federal field initiatives.

• Experience collaborating with Federal channel partners and effectively managing MDF.

• Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration.

• Knowledge of Federal compliance frameworks pertinent to cybersecurity.

• Competence in using Salesforce for tracking pipeline metrics.

• Highly organized with the ability to oversee multiple programs simultaneously.
