Senior Fashion Designer – Streetwear

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize and create seasonal streetwear collections that reflect GUAPI’s brand identity.

• Develop comprehensive tech packs and manage the product development process.

• Investigate trends, fabrics, and materials pertinent to both streetwear and high-end fashion.

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure the realization of design and maintain quality standards.

• Assist in the development of creative concepts, marketing campaigns, and product narratives.

• Partner closely with the team on product launches, collections, and emerging product categories.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in fashion design, ideally within streetwear brands akin to GUAPI.

• A robust portfolio that displays relevant design work with a focus on urbanwear.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• In-depth knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and fitting techniques.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and well-versed in streetwear culture.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, drop-oriented work environment.
