This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate centralized coordination across various Facilities initiatives, encompassing Facilities Operations, M&A onboarding, real estate projects, and strategic programs.
• Assist in the planning and execution of multi-workstream Facilities programs to guarantee alignment with departmental goals and overall enterprise strategy.
• Monitor interdependencies across projects and proactively identify potential conflicts or constraints.
• Ensure that Facilities initiatives align with sanctioned strategic objectives, KPIs, and priorities approved by the ELT.
• Aid in the development and upkeep of Facilities dashboards, reporting, and executive-level summaries.
• Recognize, document, and track program-level risks and issues within Facilities.
• Collaborate with Facilities leaders to devise mitigation strategies and facilitate prompt resolutions.
• Support change management initiatives related to new processes, tools, policies, and organizational growth.
• Assist Facilities leadership with resource forecasting, workload modeling, and capacity planning across teams.
• Analyze demand trends associated with M&A volume, renewals, and operational projects.
• Contribute to staffing plans, vendor augmentation strategies, and prioritization decisions.
• Aid in the creation and maintenance of standardized Facilities processes, service catalogs, and program documentation.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, scalability, and consistency in Facilities operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, IT, Legal, HR, Real Estate partners) to streamline workflows and facilitate data sharing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, project management, facilities management, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in program management, operations, facilities, real estate, or a related enterprise function.
• Proven experience in coordinating multiple initiatives or workstreams within a matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated success in change management.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively with senior leaders.
• Proficient in project/program management tools, reporting dashboards, and data analysis.
• PMP, PgMP, Proci Change Management, or similar certifications preferred, though not mandatory.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Capable of operating both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
