This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Oversee complete procurement processes for both new and existing Data and Technology partners on a global scale.
• Facilitate initial evaluations of legal documents (NDAs, DPAs, MSAs) and ensure effective, timely communication with internal Legal and Data Protection teams.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract renewals to achieve the best pricing, SLAs, and contract conditions.
• Function as the main operational liaison between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring seamless onboarding and alignment.
• Manage and uphold a centralized database of all partner-related legal, compliance, and commercial documents, ensuring everything is well-organized and current.
• Demonstrated professional experience in procurement, vendor relationship management, or commercial operations within a dynamic B2B tech setting.
• Strong commercial acumen with a history of managing negotiations, optimizing expenses, and assessing vendor proposals.
• Excellent legal understanding — you grasp contract structures, know what to look for in service agreements, and can effectively translate business requirements into legal specifications.
• Proficient in English (C2 level) with outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High degree of autonomy and initiative — you are at ease taking complete ownership of processes and driving them to completion.
• Keen attention to detail when dealing with complex documents and multiple concurrent workflows.
• Previous procurement or vendor coordination experience specifically in the Fintech, RegTech, or Identity Verification sectors is a plus.
• Experience from the "buyer's side" — assessing and onboarding external infrastructure, software, or data providers is advantageous.
