Senior Executive, Salesforce Data Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution and continuous oversight of Salesforce Data Cloud.

• Integrate information from various sources into the platform, including CRM, digital channels, and third-party systems.

• Implement and refine audience segmentation for marketing and business applications.

• Oversee data pipelines, resolve issues, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of data.

• Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and technical teams to convert business requirements into data use cases.

• Maintain and upgrade data models, derive calculated insights, and structure reporting.

• Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy regulations.

• Create reports and dashboards that facilitate informed business decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with Salesforce or comparable technologies.

• Practical experience or significant familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud or equivalent CDP tools.

• Strong grasp of data management principles, including ETL processes and data modeling.

• Proficient in SQL or similar query languages.

• Experience in data integration techniques and working with APIs.

• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
