This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) by delivering exceptional administrative and operational assistance that allows them to concentrate on their most significant tasks. Quickly adapt to the executive's working style and pace to provide seamless daily support.
• Serve as a reliable gatekeeper, managing intricate calendars and scheduling while understanding business priorities and context.
• Take ownership of travel and logistics from start to finish, planning itineraries and coordinating customer visits, offsites, and internal events with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Enhance communication and coordination, ensuring that information flows effectively between executives, their teams, and cross-functional partners. You will ensure that decisions, follow-ups, and priorities are documented clearly and acted upon.
• Anticipate needs and proactively address challenges, identifying potential scheduling conflicts, gaps, or dependencies before they arise and providing clear, thoughtful solutions.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and discretion, exercising sound judgment when dealing with sensitive or confidential information.
• Work in collaboration with the broader Executive Operations team to ensure alignment across the Leadership Team regarding meetings, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
• Over 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Executive Business Partner supporting C-level executives in a technology company, ideally for Go-To-Market (GTM) executives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex priorities and quickly adapt as plans change.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills, capable of synthesizing and conveying information with clarity and precision.
• Strong business acumen and attention to detail; knows when to escalate issues and when to act independently.
• Comfortable working across various functions and time zones while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• High emotional intelligence with a talent for building trust and rapport among teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
• Open to utilizing AI to enhance their capabilities and improve their work—demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in responsibly applying AI to boost efficiency and impact.
