This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Collaborate with essential external stakeholders (merchants, agencies, networks) to enhance and develop Capital One Ad Solutions.
• Integrate the products and services of Capital One Ad Solutions with our merchant partners.
• Utilize data to optimize and expand your portfolio of business.
• Educate, assist, and train agencies and industry partners on Capital One Ad Solutions.
• Partner with Product, Revenue Management, and other vital stakeholders to drive our business forward.
• Conduct strategic analysis to support merchant initiatives.
• Expand new merchant relationships through education and support.
• Travel for onsite merchant meetings and/or industry conferences.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a client-facing sales or account management position.
• At least 5 years of experience in reviewing or analyzing data.
• Proven experience and success in strategic client-facing interactions (in-person, phone, email).
• Strong strategic, analytical, and data-analysis skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Experience in identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Previous experience in fully managing client relationships and the capability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to create tailored solutions for partners.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in affiliate, enterprise sales, or performance marketing.
• Proven history of managing, selling, and fostering relationships with Strategic Merchants.
• Experience in managing technical sales and integrations.
• Strong skills in data analysis and communication.
