Senior Execution Manager – Strategic Tech Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will structure, analyze, and document requirements for strategic technology initiatives within the operations sector.

• You will plan and oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring their successful execution.

• You will track project progress, identify potential risks early on, and develop suitable mitigation strategies.

• You will prepare management updates, decision papers, and materials for steering committees for senior leadership.

• You will facilitate collaboration among various teams, ensuring transparency, alignment, and clearly defined responsibilities.

• You will assist Tech Product Leadership with strategic inquiries, analyses, and operational prioritization.

• You will manage external IT service providers, create efficient provider management processes, and support contract negotiations through to successful completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have several years of professional experience in project management, consulting, or a similar role within a technology-focused environment.

• You possess experience in delivering complex, cross-functional projects and can convert strategic topics into actionable steps.

• You exhibit strong analytical abilities along with a methodical and solution-oriented work approach.

• You communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders and are comfortable operating at all organizational levels.

• You take initiative, work independently, and maintain oversight even in fast-paced settings.

• Ideally, you have some experience in technology, operations, or digitization projects.

• You possess excellent written and verbal skills in both German and English.
