Senior Execution Manager – Strategic Tech Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Analyze, organize, and document requirements for strategic technology projects within the Operations sector.

• Plan and oversee cross-functional initiatives, ensuring successful implementation across various teams and stakeholders.

• Track project advancement, identify potential risks early, and actively drive mitigation strategies.

• Prepare updates for management, materials for steering committees, and decision-making proposals for senior leadership.

• Facilitate communication among teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.

• Assist Tech Product Leadership with strategic initiatives, analyses, and operational priorities.

• Manage external IT vendors, establish best-practice provider management protocols, and support contract negotiations through to conclusion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in project management, consulting, or a similar role within a technology-centric environment.

• Demonstrated success in delivering complex cross-functional projects and converting strategic priorities into actionable plans.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, complemented by a structured and results-focused approach.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience with technology, operations, digital transformation, or product-related projects is highly advantageous.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
