Senior ETL Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Conduct requirements gathering and data analysis to facilitate ETL development and healthcare data transformation projects.

• Generate comprehensive mapping documents and technical specifications in alignment with business and system requirements.

• Collaborate with ETL developers, DBAs, and configuration teams to ensure precise implementation of data solutions.

• Utilize SQL and data models to analyze data, uncover transformation logic, identify trends, and derive business insights.

• Create test cases and assist in testing (unit, integration, system, and UAT) to ensure that solutions align with design and business expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare business analysis, ideally in Medicaid or PBM settings.

• More than 3 years of extensive experience with SQL and technical data analysis.

• Familiarity with QNXT/schema and healthcare domains, including member, eligibility, TPL, claims/encounters (medical & pharmacy), provider, clinical, drug rebate, and financial data.

• Proven experience in requirements gathering, ETL/data mapping, and interface development.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for translating technical concepts into business language.
