Senior Estimator, Kitchen & Joinery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create precise cost estimates for kitchen and joinery projects, including intricate and custom designs.

• Oversee and respond to tenders from initial review to final submission.

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project needs to generate comprehensive estimates.

• Engage with clients through professional correspondence, including emails and phone calls as necessary.

• Maintain well-organized records and incorporate the costing framework into the internal system.

• Document clear notes and ensure that project information is recorded accurately.

• Assume responsibility for the estimating function and operate with minimal oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of general estimating experience, with at least 2 years focused on kitchen and joinery estimating.

• Experience in the Australian joinery industry.

• Background in residential projects, with some familiarity in commercial or shopfitting work.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Demonstrated capability in managing tenders and detailed project costing.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage responsibilities autonomously.
