Senior ERP Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Facilitate client workshops to analyze processes, pinpoint enhancements, and design efficient workflows for Sage X3.

• Configure and tailor Sage X3 modules using scripting and workflow design to align with client specifications.

• Oversee data mapping, setup, and migration, guaranteeing precision and preparedness for go-live.

• Direct testing phases (unit, integration, UAT), troubleshoot challenges, and ensure seamless ERP deployment.

• Develop user manuals, conduct training sessions, and offer continuous support to client teams.

• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to oversee scope and deliverables.

• Guide junior consultants, evaluate their work, and impart knowledge to enhance team proficiency.

• Keep abreast of advancements in Sage X3 and industry best practices through ongoing training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Accounting, or a related field with over 5 years of ERP consulting experience, particularly with Sage X3.

• Extensive knowledge of Sage X3 modules, including configuration, customization, and data migration.

• Strong grasp of business processes and the capability to enhance workflows.

• Demonstrated ability to convert business requirements into ERP solutions and address system issues.

• Exceptional communication skills for client presentations and training delivery.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities.

• Experience in mentoring junior team members and promoting teamwork.

• Familiarity with project methodologies and flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
