This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the design of ERP solutions for processes related to manufacturing, planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, quality, costing, order management, and finance.
• Act as the senior authority on functional and solution design for the implementation of Infor M3.
• Convert business needs into ERP solution designs, process flows, configuration decisions, integration requirements, and deliverables for implementation.
• Achieve a balance between standard system capabilities, business demands, operational efficiency, implementation complexity, and long-term maintainability.
• Identify and address cross-functional design challenges across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, quality, inventory, procurement, customer service, and reporting.
• Assist in defining and governing the enterprise ERP template.
• Establish and confirm master data requirements.
• Assess proposed designs with implementation partners and highlight potential risks.
• Outline ERP/MES process boundaries, integration needs, transaction timing, data ownership, error management, and reconciliation criteria.
• Aid in data migration planning, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and business ownership.
• Facilitate ERP design workshops with stakeholders from various functions.
• Evaluate functional specifications, integration requirements, data migration strategies, testing scenarios, and cutover plans.
• Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, mock cutovers, go-live readiness, post-go-live stabilization, and hypercare.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the ERP program team and business stakeholders.
• Guide and mentor business analysts, subject matter experts, and other team members.
• A minimum of 10 years of ERP experience, with substantial exposure to manufacturing settings.
• At least 5 years in ERP solution architecture, leading functional consulting, enterprise applications leadership, or similar senior positions.
• Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end processes in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, inventory, warehousing, quality, costing, order management, and finance integration.
• Demonstrable experience in full-cycle ERP implementation programs, covering design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization phases.
• Practical experience in designing ERP solutions for intricate manufacturing operations.
• Experience collaborating with plant operations, production teams, planners, buyers, warehouse teams, finance personnel, quality teams, IT teams, and system integrators.
• Capability to lead ERP design discussions, address cross-functional challenges, and propose feasible solutions.
• Strong grasp of ERP master data, transactional controls, integration points, reporting dependencies, and reconciliation needs.
• Experience in environments where ERP integrates with plant-floor, warehouse, quality, MES, or other operational systems.
• Exceptional skills in documentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to function effectively in a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment.
